SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in the central kitchen/food production line
- Ensure consistent product quality in accordance with company standards
- Maintain compliance with Singapore food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP / GMP)
- Supervise, train, and manage production staff, including shift planning
- Control raw material usage and reduce wastage to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Handle operational issues to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
- Must work on weekends/PH.
Requirements
- Experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen, or production supervision preferred
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMS and Singapore food safety regulations.
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and shift system
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Basic computer literacy (reports, records, etc.)
- Able to work overtime when required to meet production schedules.
- Good leadership, communication and organisational skills.
