EA & Operations Associate
DN & ASSOCIATES EXECUTIVE SEARCH PTE. LTD.
The Opportunity
Our client operates with the agility and ambition of a startup, backed by the reach of an established regional network. The Singapore team is small by design, everyone contributes, everyone is visible, and no two days look the same. They are seeking an exceptional EA & Operations Associate to support their leadership team and need a trusted partner to keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
This is not a conventional EA role. Our client is looking for someone who brings more than administrative excellence. Someone who can contribute to presentations, support commercial activities (eg, events) and genuinely add value across a broad range of priorities as the organisation continues to scale.
What You Will Own
- Complex, multi-timezone calendar management across business leaders, prioritising effectively and resolving conflicts with composure
- End-to-end coordination of regional and global meetings, including agendas, materials, and structured follow-through on action items
- Preparation of polished, boardroom-ready presentations and business documentation
- Domestic and international travel logistics, eg flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries
- Sales and business development support, including preparation of materials for client engagements
- Stakeholder liaison, ie managing communications with professionalism and ensuring smooth coordination across the APAC teams.
- Expense management, invoice processing, and administrative workflows
- Ad hoc project support and cross-functional initiatives as required by the leadership team
You'll Thrive Here If You...
Are early-to-mid career and hungry to prove what you can do
Don't wait to be trained on new tools. You've probably already figured out how to use AI to draft, summarise, organise, and automate before anyone asked you to
Are highly proficient in Microsoft 365, with particular strength in PowerPoint
Have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail
Possess strong emotional intelligence and able to navigate senior stakeholders and diverse personalities with confidence and grace
Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
Are discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive and confidential information
Are flexible, proactive, and energised by the pace of a small, fast-moving team
Invest in yourself - you are someone who follows tech trends, explore smarter ways of working, and bring that energy into everything you do
This Is Probably Not the Right Fit If You...
Are looking for a large, structured corporate environment with clearly defined boundaries
Prefer a role that stays within a fixed job description
Are not yet comfortable experimenting with AI tools and new technology in your daily workflow
Why This Role Stands Out
Our client invests in people who invest in themselves. If you're the kind of person who listens to productivity podcasts, follows tech trends, and is always looking for a smarter way to do things, you'll fit right in.
This is an opportunity to sit close to the centre of a high-performing regional leadership team, with real visibility into how a business operates across APAC. For the right candidate who is curious, capable, and eager to grow, this role offers far more than a traditional EA position, with scope to expand as the team does.
