Job Description

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
  • Recommend beverages and provide product knowledge to guests.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming bar experience.
  • Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and replenishment.
  • Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Verify customers' age where required and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
  • Operate the POS system and process customer payments accurately.
  • Comply with food safety, workplace safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Work closely with the restaurant service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform opening and closing duties and any other duties assigned by management.
