Job Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of patient services and ensure smooth service delivery.
Coordinate patient admissions, appointments, medical transfers, and patient liaison services.
Review and improve work processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Handle service feedback, investigate incidents, and coordinate resolution of service-related issues.
Prepare written responses to feedback and complaints when required.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Support departmental and hospital-wide projects, meetings, and operational initiatives.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, aviation, customer service, or other service-oriented industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
