Job Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of patient services and ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Coordinate patient admissions, appointments, medical transfers, and patient liaison services.

  • Review and improve work processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

  • Handle service feedback, investigate incidents, and coordinate resolution of service-related issues.

  • Prepare written responses to feedback and complaints when required.

  • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Support departmental and hospital-wide projects, meetings, and operational initiatives.

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, aviation, customer service, or other service-oriented industries.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
