Accounts Assistant (Part Time)

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform proper filing and organisation of financial documents submitted by retail outlets to the office.
  • Ensure documents are accurately sorted, labelled, and stored for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Support the Finance team with basic administrative duties when required.

Requirements

  • O level and above
  • 1-2 days weekly (9am-6pm)
  • Able to commit up to 1-2 months
  • No experience is welcome to apply
  • Only Singaporean and PR (no quota)
