Logistics & Operations Executive - Luxury Retail/Town/S$4000

A renowned luxury retail brand is seeking a proactive Logistics & Inventory Executive to support end-to-end logistics operations and inventory management. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless product movement, inventory accuracy, and efficient fulfilment to support retail operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments, order processing, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment to internal stakeholders and retail boutiques.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records and system updates.
• Manage shipping documentation and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Support inventory control procedures to maintain stock accuracy and audit readiness.
• Assist with process improvements, system enhancements, and operational projects.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating import and export shipments and inventory management.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; ERP system experience is advantageous.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
