Job Description
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service recovery.
- Conduct staff briefings and provide on-the-job coaching.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Assist with inventory control and stock ordering.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
