Job Description

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Lead and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service recovery.
  • Conduct staff briefings and provide on-the-job coaching.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.
  • Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock ordering.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
