Lead and manage security executives, technicians, and outsourced security service providers to ensure smooth daily security operations.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of security and car park systems.
Monitor and analyse security incidents and breaches, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
Develop, implement, and review security strategies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and security service providers to support daily operations, events, and ad-hoc security requirements.
Develop and implement security awareness programmes and internal communication initiatives.
Review and update security policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), deployment plans, and security processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
Manage and improve the Security Management System (SMS).
Attend regular operational and progress meetings, and prepare meeting minutes, reports, and security performance statistics.
Ensure all security-related documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Degree in any discipline with at least 7 years of relevant experience supervising security operations; or
Diploma in any discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience supervising security operations.
Strong knowledge of physical security planning and security operations.
Technical knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and their integration.
Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
