As part of our continuedexpansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales &Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities,developing strong client relationships and securing construction andengineering projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
  • Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, site visits, industry events and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, consultants, engineers and property owners.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Present company services, capabilities and project portfolios to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and tender documents.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms and project scope in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow up on proposals and tenders to secure project awards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming construction developments.
  • Work closely with project, procurement and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, contracts and project opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the construction, engineering and building materials industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials and industry practices.
  • Ability to understand project specifications and construction drawings will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Strong networking, relationship management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving Licence will be an advantage.
