Job Description
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.
- Lead and motivate service staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and SOPs.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food service.
- Support inventory control and ordering of operational supplies.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
