Job Description

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
  • Supervise and coach supervisors and service staff.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistent service quality.
  • Conduct staff briefings and provide on-the-job training.
  • Monitor labour productivity and manpower deployment.
  • Handle customer complaints and implement service recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management and cost control.
  • Support restaurant sales initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Assume the Restaurant Manager's duties in their absence.
