As a BIM M&E Drafter , you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Draft and design M&E systems, including ductwork, ventilation fans, grilles, and diffusers
- Perform quantity take-off for MEP services and prepare required documentation
- Provide construction drawings and support testing and commissioning
- Conduct post-installation inspections and testing
- Coordinate with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E teams to resolve technical and interface issues
- Design duct sizing manually and using duct checker software
- Assist senior modelers with CSD and submission requirements
Requirements
- At least minimum Diploma
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in BIM M&E / ACMV
