Student Management Support

Position: Student Management Support Staff

Period:03 Aug 2026 to 31 Nov 2028

Salary: Up to $2800 per month

Location: Toa Payoh

Working hour: Tues - Thu: 7.30am to 1.30pm

• Supervise and support students during recess/out-of-class suspensions, providing a safe environment and assisting with reintegration into class.
• Mentor and engage students with social, emotional, behavioural, or additional needs through regular check-ins, intervention programmes, and personalised support.
• Manage student behavioural cases, facilitate restorative practices and conflict resolution, and promote positive conduct and self-regulation.
• Develop students' social-emotional competencies, executive functioning, communication, and interpersonal skills through targeted programmes.
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, provide weekly reports, and collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and parents to support student development and programme improvement.

Requirements:

• Have qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, ChildDevelopment, Youth Work, or related disciplines.
• Preferably be a Certified Practitioner in Restorative Practice / BuildingRelational Capacity, accredited under the Singapore Workforce SkillsQualifications framework.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in education, social service sectorsor social service agencies
• Preferably have experience working with primary school age students
