Camp & Operations Associate (Casual)

We are looking for someone who is

• Confident in facilitating games, activities, and group programmes for different age groups
• A strong team player
• Proactive and adaptable in supporting camps, classes, events, birthday parties, and counter operations
• Flexibility to work on variouu shifts including weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods when required

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of holiday camps, ensuring activities are engaging, safe, and enjoyable for the children.
• Support the smooth execution of youth classes, events, and birthday parties.
• Supervise children during programmes and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment at all times.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and Members by providing excellent customer service and responding to enquiries professionally.
• Assist with counter operations, including registration, attendance taking, enquiries, and programme administration.
• Provide operational support for departmental activities and perform other duties as assigned to support the Youth department.

This role is paid on an hourly basis.
