As a Nurse Manager (Oncology), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee and enhance concierge services to ensure personalized care and patient satisfaction.
- Manage daily clinical operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead and support clinic staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical care and patient experience.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care and overall clinic operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Managerial experience in clinic setting
