As a Manager, Compensation & Benefit (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Administer and ensure accurate execution of compensation programmes, including bonuses, incentives, allowances, specialised payouts, and billing cycles.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve compensation programmes, processes, and HR projects.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking through market surveys, analyse results, and provide insights to support pay decisions.
- Perform compensation audits to ensure compliance with Cluster HR and hospital compensation policies.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to provide compensation advice on job offers, promotions, and other remuneration matters.
- Drive process improvements by leveraging Excel and automation tools (e.g. VBA, RPA, Power Query) to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
