The Opportunity

The Job

The candidate will be responsible for managing, acquisition and growing a portfolio of Retail Banking clients by providing tailored financial solutions, building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities across banking products and delivering excellent customer service.

• To conduct a professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling session with customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by regularly sharing market updates, insights, and analyses of local and international financial products.
• Identify, engage, and follow up with individual prospects to generate new business opportunities.
• To ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities.

The Talent

• Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience
• Experience in sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, banking, insurance, or financial services will be advantageous
• CMFAS certifications (e.g. M5, M9, M9A, HI) will be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in wealth advisory
