As a Junior Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conduct routine and specialized diagnostic tests under supervision (e.g., hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology).
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to laboratory safety procedures and quality control protocols.
- Support senior technologists and laboratory personnel in daily operations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital, laboratory, and regulatory standards
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science or Medical Laboratory Sciences.
