Office Assistant
CAPITAL DYNAMICS GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED
Capital Dynamics Global Pte Ltd (CDG) is a small parent/holding company,with a few offices in the region. CDG seeks to hire a highly reliable, well organised Office Assistant to oversee the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and liaising with service providers;
- Maintain a rigorous filing system (both digital and physical) to ensure all corporate records are audit-ready;
- Take full ownership of administrative workflows, without the need for constant supervision;
- To communicate with overseas offices;
- To ensure mandatory reports to regulatory authorities are submitted on time; and
- To support the group’s operations and handle any other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time. Subject to the tasks assigned, travelling may be occasionally required for training and exposure purposes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Possess a strong Degree or Diploma (please provide transcripts with your application);
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate in diverse environments and handle documentation in both languages;
- Highly organised with strong attention todetail – 1-2 years of relevant experience will be advantageous;
- A deep sense of responsibility and theability to work independently;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel,Word); and
- Applicants should already have the existing rights to work in Singapore as no visa sponsorship will be provided.
Work Schedule & Flexibility
Besides a pleasant small-office environment, this position offers flexible working hours.
It can either be [a] Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm or [b] Monday to Friday, with the option to choose between the following time slots: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
