As a Sales Admin Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Handle general office administration and provide clerical support.

  • Manage the preparation and processing of documents for pre-owned vehicle sales transactions.

  • Verify that all required forms are properly completed and submitted within the specified timelines.

  • Finalize completed records and arrange them for systematic filing.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
