Technical Service Executive

Join a dynamic team as a Technical Service Executive, where you will provide hands-on support for electric motor products, enhancing customer satisfaction through timely inspections and effective technical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to determine product failures.

• Execute rework and functional testing of returned electric motor products in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures.

• Document findings with supporting data, including test results and failure analysis, while escalating complex issues to engineering teams.

• Prepare structured inspection reports and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers.

• Perform on-site inspections, troubleshooting, and basic servicing at customer locations, ensuring thorough documentation of all activities.

• Manage the issuance and return of loan units and maintain proper tracking of loan inventory.

• Assemble and configure demo units, ensuring they meet application requirements for customer demonstrations.

• Provide feedback on recurring issues, assist in enhancing troubleshooting guides, and maintain tools and workspace effectively.

Requirements

• Diploma or NITEC in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in electric motors or industrial automation.

• Basic understanding of motor systems and hands-on troubleshooting capabilities.

• Ability to use measurement tools effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills with clear communication and report writing ability.

• Customer-oriented attitude, responsible, and detail-focused.
