Responsibilities

Partner with front office Trading & Sales Desks in GFM to offer end-to-end support and control in activities around driving new business requirements, implementing workflows and controls, transforming and digitalising existing processes.

  • Work with traders, sales, and structurers and coordinate with support units (technology, audit, legal, compliance, risk) to roll out regulatory requirements and best practices in the industry, addressing Level 2 support issues as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drive implementation or improvement to front office processes to ensure compliance with internal policies & regulatory requirements.
  • Manage/support desk support-related control functions, acting as a primary Level 2 support contact for escalated issues and complex problem resolution.
  • Participate in ad-hoc working groups or new initiatives, contributing Level 2 support insights to inform development and improve operational resilience.
  • Drive and be part of the automation and digitalisation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Direct experience and knowledge of Global Markets (or Custody & Securities Services) businesses in any of the following areas: Product Control, Middle Office Operations & Risk
  • Product knowledge of Bonds, Equities, FX and their derivatives is preferred
  • Good verbal and written communications and comfortable with presentations
  • Collaborative personality that reflects enthusiasm and an ability to work with different personalities and stakeholders across front office and support units
  • Independent self-starter with sound organisational skills and ability to

be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines

  • Hands-on experience with automation and Gen/Agentic AI tools (e.g., VBA, Python, MS Power Automate, Co-pilot) is a significant advantage
