Production Associate Engineer (Singaporeans ONLY)

Supporting the production line to ensure all products are manufactured in accordance with high standards of quality and security
Operate machines and execute production as per production schedule and meet targeted output
Perform initial level of troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimise downtime
Interact with staff support to ensure smooth and optimum level of machine operational efficiency
Establish effective preventive maintenance
To control the quality of outputs using advanced technologies
To control the flow of various goods and materials through digital quantity monitoring system
Manage multiple priorities
Other ad hoc duties

Diploma in any Engineering discipline
No experience are welcomed. Training will be provided
Comfortable in a physically active role, moving between production stations throughout the day
Able to work in a manufacturing environment with some paper dust and machine noise (full PPE provided)
Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
A reliable, collaborative team player
