Manager (Used Car)

We are seeking a dynamic leader to enhance and drive the Used Car Value Chain business, focusing on strategic project execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Used Car Value Chain penetration.

• Expand Used Car business across various markets.

• Implement Trade Cycle Management initiatives in the Asia region.

• Manage multiple Used Car projects concurrently.

• Lead and influence stakeholders, including partner companies, distributors, dealers, and management.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics.

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in the automotive sector, including:

• Automotive OEM in Used Car or Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) functions.

• Used Car startups or operations.

• Major distributor or dealer groups focusing on Used Car/CPO functions.

• Used Car auction business and operations.

• Knowledge of Used Car processes and value chain enhancement strategies.

• Proficiency in market intelligence, data analytics, and project management.

• Strong abilities in strategic planning and problem-solving
