- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Lead
- Monitor feedback in CMMS and assign the work task for all sites to follow up
- Ensure all job orders (corrective maintenance & preventive maintenance) in CMMS are assigned, executed, and closed in order.
- Data entry of relevant information into system.
- Liaise with client on any updates or feedback when required.
- Scheduling of monthly meeting with client.
- Assist the team to prepare monthly report for submission.
- Assist the team to track monthly document submission as required.
- Provide administrative support to the manager (for eg. Updating of organization chart, new hire details consolidation, vendor manpower updates etc)
- Send out security clearance to client
- Be the cover for BMC duties when BMC Staff is on Leave.
- Assist the team with administrative support as and when required
- Inventory of office supplies.
- Ensure efficient management of documents; printing, scanning, filing and despatch.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
