Job Description

  • CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Lead
    • Monitor feedback in CMMS and assign the work task for all sites to follow up
    • Ensure all job orders (corrective maintenance & preventive maintenance) in CMMS are assigned, executed, and closed in order.
    • Data entry of relevant information into system.
    • Liaise with client on any updates or feedback when required.
  • Scheduling of monthly meeting with client.
  • Assist the team to prepare monthly report for submission.
  • Assist the team to track monthly document submission as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the manager (for eg. Updating of organization chart, new hire details consolidation, vendor manpower updates etc)
  • Send out security clearance to client
  • Be the cover for BMC duties when BMC Staff is on Leave.
  • Assist the team with administrative support as and when required
    • Inventory of office supplies.
    • Ensure efficient management of documents; printing, scanning, filing and despatch.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
