Job Summary

Lead and develop a cleaning team to deliver exceptional service by managing training, performance, safety, and client relations while ensuring compliance with company and client standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve high performance and service excellence
  • Manage stock levels of consumables and spare parts to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Train employees on job roles and the latest cleaning technology to enhance efficiency and safety
  • Certify that all cleaning equipment is safe and fully operational before use
  • Oversee and resolve escalations and implement performance management strategies
  • Supervise cleaning team performance to maintain company and client standards
  • Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction on site
  • Maintain a motivated and well-trained workforce committed to cleanliness and service quality
  • Perform cleaning tasks proficiently to meet company and client expectations
  • Supervise all employee work at assigned sites to ensure compliance with standards
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointment times and cleaning duration professionally
  • Drive official vehicle with team and supplies to various locations efficiently
  • Collect payments professionally and ensure all keys, codes, and payments are returned to the office daily
  • Model a positive attitude and set an example for team members to follow
  • Continuously coach and redirect employees to adhere to company standards and improve performance
