Job Summary
Lead and develop a cleaning team to deliver exceptional service by managing training, performance, safety, and client relations while ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve high performance and service excellence
- Manage stock levels of consumables and spare parts to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Train employees on job roles and the latest cleaning technology to enhance efficiency and safety
- Certify that all cleaning equipment is safe and fully operational before use
- Oversee and resolve escalations and implement performance management strategies
- Supervise cleaning team performance to maintain company and client standards
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment
- Collaborate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction on site
- Maintain a motivated and well-trained workforce committed to cleanliness and service quality
- Perform cleaning tasks proficiently to meet company and client expectations
- Supervise all employee work at assigned sites to ensure compliance with standards
- Communicate with clients regarding appointment times and cleaning duration professionally
- Drive official vehicle with team and supplies to various locations efficiently
- Collect payments professionally and ensure all keys, codes, and payments are returned to the office daily
- Model a positive attitude and set an example for team members to follow
- Continuously coach and redirect employees to adhere to company standards and improve performance
