Employment Details

• Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Location: Raffles Place
• Overtime: Generally not required
• Employment Type: Initial 1-year contract with the possibility of renewal or long-term employment based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and manage sales orders
• Coordinate with factories on inventory availability and delivery schedules
• Arrange shipments and liaise with warehouses and logistics providers
• Prepare shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists
• Provide order updates and customer support
• Assist with basic accounting and administrative duties

Requirements

• Experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Logistics, Order Processing, or Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
