Job Summary

Prepare and manage comprehensive financial reports, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and budgeting activities to support organizational financial health and statutory adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements monthly, quarterly, and yearly to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and reconcile balance sheets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Handle tax preparation and ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards and local tax regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate annual audits with external auditors to maintain financial transparency and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize cash flow management.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA are highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLookups.
  • Experience using accounting software
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ethical standards, and effective communication skills to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
