Job Summary
Prepare and manage comprehensive financial reports, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and budgeting activities to support organizational financial health and statutory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements monthly, quarterly, and yearly to support informed decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and reconcile balance sheets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Handle tax preparation and ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards and local tax regulations.
- Plan and coordinate annual audits with external auditors to maintain financial transparency and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize cash flow management.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA are highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLookups.
- Experience using accounting software
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ethical standards, and effective communication skills to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
