Accounts/HR Manager
INTEGRAL POWERLIFT PTE LTD
1) full-set of accounts
2) management of cash flow
3) submission of quarterly GST
4) management of petty cash
5) management accounts receivable/accounts payable
6) Preparation of payroll/monthly CPF submission
7) submission of yearly IR8A & ECI
8) preparation of monthly and yearly financial report
9) ensuring all necessary accounts and records are well kept.
10) Procurement of office consumables, inventory, materials etc
11) HR functions such as applying/cancellation of work passes, submission of IR21, booking of flights, tracking of leave/MC, etc
12) Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned or required.
1) Candidate must possess at least LCCI or equivalent
2) Minimally 2 years of relevant work experience. We welcome candidates with less than 2 years of experience but equipped a strong sense of purpose and drive to apply
3) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
4) Able to operate accounting software
5) Allowed to work from home 2-3 days a week after 3 months probation. Must be able to work 2-3 days per week at office (Jurong West area).

Remuneration and Benefits
1) SGD $3000 to SGD $6000 depending on experience and qualifications
2) Performance based bonuses and salary revisions
