Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to understand commercial priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Coach and support managers on performance management, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and foster a high-performance culture.
- Analyze workforce trends and people metrics to provide actionable recommendations that support business decisions.
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support organizational growth and critical hiring initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design, review, and enhance compensation structures, salary bands, job grading, and reward frameworks.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration practices.
- Lead annual salary review, bonus, incentive, and promotion exercises across the organization.
- Advise business leaders on compensation decisions, retention strategies, and employment offers.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, wellness initiatives, leave policies, and other total rewards offerings.
- Partner with external vendors, insurers, and consultants to optimize employee benefits and ensure effective program administration.
- Develop communication initiatives that improve employee awareness and appreciation of total rewards programs.
Organizational Development
- Support organizational restructuring, role evaluation, and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Identify leadership and capability gaps and implement development programs to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
HR Projects & Collaboration
- Lead and participate in regional and cross-functional HR projects that improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and other business functions to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with company objectives.
- Recommend improvements to HR policies, processes, and programs that support scalability in a fast-growing organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial exposure to both HR Business Partnering and Compensation & Benefits.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and providing strategic HR advisory.
- Strong knowledge of compensation design, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, total rewards, and organizational development.
- Experience managing annual compensation review cycles and employee benefits programs.
- Proven ability to operate successfully within fast-paced, high-growth organizations; experience in fintech, technology, or digital businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance commercial objectives and people priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and market insights to support decision-making.
- Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on, with the ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
