COORDINATOR

Job Scope
- Coordinate daily parcel pickup and delivery operations to ensure on-time service.
- Communicate with customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments regarding shipment status.
- Monitor shipment progress and promptly resolve delivery issues or delays.
- Schedule and assign delivery routes based on operational requirements.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents and operational records.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery success rate and turnaround time.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Support inventory and parcel reconciliation processes when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned by the supervisor.
