COORDINATOR

Job Scope

  1. Coordinate daily parcel pickup and delivery operations to ensure on-time service.
  2. Communicate with customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments regarding shipment status.
  3. Monitor shipment progress and promptly resolve delivery issues or delays.
  4. Schedule and assign delivery routes based on operational requirements.
  5. Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents and operational records.
  6. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery success rate and turnaround time.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
  8. Support inventory and parcel reconciliation processes when required.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  11. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  12. Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned by the supervisor.
