• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care
• Provide safe and competent care to the patients who are with medical conditions
• Performs clinic generic nursing duties like administer medication, blood taking and assisting in clinic procedures
• Collaborates with the physicians and other allied health professionals, for a smooth delivery of patient care
• Engage in nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education on disease management and health promotion
• Any other duties as delegated by the department reporting officer

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
