Commercial Head – Consumer Business

AMILI is a pioneering microbiome precision medicine company focused on transforming healthcare through science-driven innovation. As we continue to expand our commercial footprint, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial commercial leader to build, scale and lead our Consumer business.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an individual who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and is passionate about bringing innovative healthcare solutions closer to consumers.

Consumer Business Strategy &Growth

· Develop and execute AMILI’sConsumer Business strategy, aligned with AMILI’s overall commercial objectives.

· Own the Consumer BusinessP&L, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability and commercialperformance

· Identify new businessopportunities, consumer segments and strategic growth initiatives acrossSingapore and regional Southeast Asian markets.

· Develop pricing, promotional andcommercial strategies that maximise long-term sustainable growth.

· Lead market expansioninitiatives, adapting commercial strategies to different regulatory,operational and consumer dynamics across Southeast Asia.

Channel Growth& Commercial Execution

  • Lead growth across AMILI’s consumer channels, including retail, pharmacy, owed e-commerce and strategic partnerships
  • Develop route-to-market strategies and channel optimisation plans that improve consumer access and commercial performance.
  • Optimise the end-to-end customer journey, improving customer acquisition, conversion, retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Monitor key digital and commercial performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve business outcomes.
  • Lead the commercialisation of innovative health products, building consumer demand through education, evidence-based marketing and strategic partnerships.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop integrated demand generation initiatives that build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and maximise commercial impact.

CommercialExcellence

  • Build and implement Commercial Excellence frameworks across the business.
  • Design commercial KPIs, dashboards and performance management processes.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, sales planning and business analytics.
  • Leverage commercial, customer and market data to support evidence-based decision making and continuously optimise commercial performance.
  • Establish best practices across customer segmentation, distributor management and commercial execution.
  • Develop scalable commercial processes and operating models that support future business growth.

Retail & Strategic Partnerships

  • Build strong commercial relationships with pharmacies, distributors, retail chains and strategic partners.
  • Identify and negotiate new partnership opportunities that expand market reach and improve customer access.
  • Develop enterprise and corporate partnerships that accelerate commercial growth and brand visibility.
  • Lead commercial discussions with key customers and external stakeholders.

MarketIntelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity, consumer trends and emerging healthcare developments.
  • Translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach by embedding consumer insights into commercial decision making and customer experience initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and future growth.

Team Leadership

  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing commercial team as the business grows.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Scientific and Finance, to align commercial priorities and deliver successful Consumer Business outcomes.

· 8-12+ years' progressivecommercial leadership experience within healthcare, biotechnology, lifesciences, medical nutrition, diagnostics or consumer health.

· Proven ownership ofcommercial P&L, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability andbusiness performance, and commercial execution.

· Demonstrated experiencebuilding and scaling consumer businesses across omnichannel routes-to-market,including retail/pharmacy, e-commerce or other consumer access channels.

· Strong understanding ofconsumer acquisition, conversion, retention, pricing, promotions, customerjourneys, and lifetime value.

· Experience commercialisinginnovative, science-led or evidence-based healthcare products, with the abilityto translate technical or scientific value propositions into clear consumerdemand.

· Proven ability to build newcommercial capabilities, develop go-to-market strategies, and scale businessesfrom early stage to repeatable growth

· Experience operating acrossSoutheast Asia, with a strong understanding of regional regulatory, commercialand operational dynamics.

· Comfortable working inambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

· Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinkingwith hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
