Job Descriptions

• Greet arriving guests, manage table seatings, and present food and beverage menus.
• Explain menu items and answer guest questions regarding ingredients or allergies.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and input them correctly into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently and handle table maintenance (clearing plates, wiping tables, refilling water).
• Reset tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a smooth turnaround during busy shifts.
• Complete daily opening, shift-handover, and closing cleaning checklists for the dining area.

• Prior experience in a F&B service role is preferred
• Able to handle alcoholic beverages.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members clearly.
• Proactive, energetic, and a strong team player who can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must hold a valid Food Safety Course (WSQ) certificate.
• Able to commit to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
