Deal Advisory (Infrastructure)

Job Responsibilities

• Originate, pursue, secure, and deliver due diligence assignments and lender’s technical advisor mandates across the region, providing deep technical expertise throughout the due diligence process.
• Develop and leverage strong internal networks to mobilise the firm’s multidisciplinary capabilities across planning, design, engineering, finance, and research to meet client requirements.
• Drive cross-selling of broader planning and advisory services, while identifying and developing downstream opportunities through trusted advisor relationships.
• Support regional leadership in Southeast Asia to attract talent, build team capacity, enhance capabilities, and share knowledge, contributing to the continued growth of the Transaction Services team and the wider Advisory business.
• Manage and prioritise key client accounts to strengthen relationships, improve win rates, and strategically target new high-frequency deal clients.
• Contribute actively to wider office, group, regional, and global initiatives as required.

JobRequirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Membership in a recognised professional institution, or substantial progress toward achieving professional accreditation.
• Strong technical expertise complemented by an established network with tier-1 infrastructure investors and/or financial advisors in Singapore.
• Solid understanding of investor decision-making frameworks and key evaluation metrics, including risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Proven track record in leading the delivery of both technical and commercial due diligence engagements, as well as developing persuasive, client-winning proposals.
