HR ADMIN / ASSISTANTS (HEALTHCARE, ENTRY LEVEL) #HCGE

  • Assist in the employee onboarding process, including preparation and coordination of necessary documentation

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR databases and systems

  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment to support the delivery of high-quality talent and candidates

  • Perform other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Minimum qualification of Diploma in Human Resource Management or any related discipline

  • Able to commit to standard office hours, 5 days per week

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
