Training Executive - East

JobResponsibilities

  • Coordinate and support in-house technical training, including preparation of materials, logistics, communications, and room setup.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, participant registration, feedback analysis, and updating training records across systems.
  • Send calendar invitations to all technical training participants and trainers.
  • Maintain inventory of training equipment and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels of consumables.
  • Support operational activities and compliance audit requirements.
  • Assist in identifying training needs for subcontractor workers, including scheduling, communication, resource booking, and material preparation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define outcomes aligned with certification program requirements.
  • Support the digitalization of training manuals and materials.

JobRequirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training administration, learning & development coordination, technical operations support, or related roles.
  • Prior experience supporting technical, engineering, or field workforce training is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in managing training logistics, scheduling, certification tracking, and audit preparation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge in Power BI and Power Query.
  • Preferred experience includes data transformation, cleansing, merging or appending datasets, pivoting and unpivoting data, as well as developing dashboards.
