Finance Officer (F&B Industry)

• Up to S$3,000 Basic + Performance Bonus
• Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Work Location: Commonwealth (F&B Headquarters)
• Team-based Finance Environment (8-Person Team)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Officer to support the Accounts Payable and period-end closing functions within a fast-paced F&B environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a structured yet dynamic business setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Support month-end and period-end closing activities.
• Assist in preparing finance-related reports and schedules.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on accounting matters.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
• Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• 1 year of experience in accounting or finance preferred.
• Experience in F&B or multi-outlet business accounting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for an Executive role (up to S$3,500, including GL, reconciliations, and full set accounts).
