Job Summary
We seek a motivated Project Sales Executive to drive new business, manage corporate accounts, and promote bottled water and hydration solutions to diverse commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for bottled water, water dispensers, and related products to expand market presence
- Lead Generation, Cold Call, Canvassing, etc
- Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate customers, contractors, developers, hotels, schools, healthcare facilities, and other commercial clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Conduct meetings with prospective customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and service agreements to support sales processes
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations to convert leads into secured sales
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms effectively to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure timely installation and product delivery, enhancing customer experience
- Manage customer accounts by providing excellent after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and retention
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to company growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports for management review
- Attend customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and expand professional networks
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management to support business objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B sales, project sales, or account management to effectively manage client relationships and sales cycles
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field to support foundational knowledge in sales principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare sales documents and reports efficiently
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred, depending on job requirements) to facilitate travel for customer visits and meetings
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business meetings to support sales activities
