Nexcore Consulting Group is a growing boutique corporate services firm in Singapore, serving international and Mandarin-speaking clients across company incorporation, corporate secretarial, immigration, accounting, tax, EP application and payroll services.

What You Will Do

• Handle company incorporations and ongoing corporate secretarial filings via ACRA / BizFile+ (resolutions, AGM/EGM documents, annual returns, changes in officers/shareholdings).

• Assist clients with corporate bank account opening —document preparation, KYC compilation and bank liaison.

• Prepare and submit Employment Pass (EP) and Dependant’s Pass (DP) applications; assist with PR applications.

• Prepare payroll files and payslips for clients; supportCPF submissions and IR8A preparation.

• Manage client onboarding documentation and KYC/CDD records.

• General office administration as part of a small team(document handling, couriers, printing) — we all pitch in.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience in a corporate secretarial, corporate services or professional services firm (e.g. corp sec department ofan accounting firm, or a corporate services provider).

• Working knowledge of ACRA / BizFile+ filings and basicKYC processes.

• Meticulous, organised and comfortable managing multipledeadlines.

• Singapore Citizen or PR only.

• Bonus (not required): experience with EP/DPapplications or payroll; pursuing ACCA or CGI qualification.
