Delivery Driver

We are looking for responsible and reliable individuals to join our delivery operations team.

Collect and load packages from the designated station or warehouse.
Deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and commercial addresses within the assigned area.
Plan and follow an efficient delivery route to complete all assigned packages within the required timeframe.
Scan and update package statuses accurately using the provided system or mobile application.
Ensure packages are handled carefully and delivered to the correct recipient or location.
Follow delivery procedures, including obtaining proof of delivery where required.
Handle unsuccessful deliveries and return undelivered packages according to operational procedures.
Communicate promptly with the operations team regarding delivery issues, incorrect addresses, damaged packages, or other exceptions.
Maintain good customer service and professional conduct when interacting with recipients.
Be accountable for all packages assigned for delivery and ensure proper handover of any outstanding items.

Possess a valid Singapore driving licence applicable to the vehicle used.
Vehicle will be provided.
Familiar with Singapore roads and comfortable using GPS navigation applications.
Able to handle and carry packages of various sizes and weights.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
Good attendance and commitment to completing assigned daily deliveries.
Basic smartphone proficiency for package scanning, navigation, and communication.
Previous package, courier, or delivery experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage daily delivery targets.
Applicants who can start immediately will have an advantage.
