The company operates across two main business lines: corporate services for cross-border SME clients, and embedded workforce solutions supporting advanced manufacturing and related industries.
We are looking for a hands-on, bilingual Senior Brand, Training & Client Communications Executive to support the development and execution of ACN’s brand, training, marketing, and client communication functions.
This is a multi-functional execution role combining brand and marketing support, training programme coordination and delivery, bilingual client communications, and business documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, operations leads, training stakeholders, and client-facing teams to ensure that ACN’s brand materials, training content, rate cards, client communications, and service standards are delivered professionally and consistently.
The role is suitable for a candidate who is comfortable preparing bilingual English–Mandarin materials, coordinating training sessions, supporting marketing campaigns, working with cross-border client documents, and managing multiple deliverables in a corporate services and workforce solutions environment.
Prior experience supporting China–Singapore or regional client engagements will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities

Support training areas such as onboarding, soft skills, client-facing service standards, workplace communication, corporate etiquette, and service quality.
Prepare training slides, handouts, facilitator notes, attendance records, feedback forms, and post-training summaries.
Deliver classroom, small-group, or briefing-style training sessions where required.
Work with senior stakeholders to help package training programmes into repeatable and billable service offerings.

Support bilingual English–Mandarin communications with China-related and regional clients, including translation, adaptation, formatting, and preparation of business documents.
Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as proposals, service descriptions, agreements, rate cards, meeting notes, training documents, onboarding guides, and follow-up communications.
Ensure translated and bilingual materials are accurate, professional, business-appropriate, and aligned with the intended client context.
Support the company’s communication with cross-border clients by helping to bridge language, business, and cultural expectations.

Support the rollout of internal service standards, training content, onboarding guides, and communication templates for front-line and operations teams.
Assist in preparing internal briefing materials to improve consistency in client handling, workplace communication, service conduct, and corporate presentation.
Coordinate with operations and people-related teams to ensure training materials remain practical, current, and aligned with business requirements.

Track timelines, deliverables, document versions, training schedules, content requirements, and stakeholder inputs across assigned projects.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support smooth delivery of marketing, training, client communication, and business documentation work.
Maintain proper filing, version control, and records for client-facing documents, training materials, marketing assets, and approved templates.
