Senior F&B Marketing & Sales Executive

We are an established food and beverage distribution company supplying quality products to customers across multiple sectors, including ship chandlers, retail stores, supermarkets, foodservice outlets, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and other institutional customers.
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and driving sales growth
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food and beverage industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote and market the company's food and beverage product range.
- Conduct sales visits, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. Relevant experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage distribution industry.
- Candidates with an existing customer network in ship chandlers, retail, supermarkets, foodservice, hospitality, catering, or institutional sectors will have an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).
