Assistan Manager Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

​Market Expansion & B2B Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Singapore construction market (Main cons, developers, architects, and consultants).

​Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, sub-contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure repeat business.

​Tendering & Proposals: Collaborate with the technical and estimation teams to prepare competitive tenders, commercial proposals, and presentations.

​Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, digital branding, and corporate events to elevate the company's brand presence in the built environment sector.

​Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming BCA (Building and Construction Authority) projects to identify strategic growth areas.

​Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring sales targets are met.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

​Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales and marketing experience, specifically within the Singapore Construction / Building Materials / Built Environment industry.

​Network: Possess an existing network of local developers, main contractors, consultants, or architects is highly advantageous.

​Skills:

​Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

​Familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations and procurement processes.

​Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
