The Digital Innovation Executive drives the digital transformation of our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations. The role sits at the intersection of FM operations, technology and data – deploying and administering the FM digital ecosystem, turning operational data into actionable insight, and championing innovation across sites.
Beyond technical delivery, the role partners closely with the operations team and clients. We are looking for someone forward-looking and forward-thinking – an approachable, outgoing communicator who brings a human touch to technology, builds trust with stakeholders and lifts client engagement.

Job Description
Involve in various Facilities Management (FM) projects relating to technology in the areas of process reengineering and innovation.
Serve as the System Administrator for the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and the broader suite of FM digital tools and platforms.
Assist the IFM site team in digital FM software deployment and provide on-site training and user support.
Drive continuous improvement of existing mobile and web application interfaces and functionality.
Provide digital technical support on FM-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Build data analytics, reporting and visualisation (e.g. dashboards) to support condition-based maintenance and operational decision-making.
Work closely with internal and external clients to understand business requirements and propose innovative digital solutions and support.
Collaborate with various departments on technical solutions and integrate applications and FM-related software.
Support tender bidding activities and the rollout and implementation of innovation projects across sites.
Coordinate with software / IT vendors on complex system issues and ensure IT compliance.
Assist the Manager with ad-hoc requirements.
Role Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication / Mechanical / Electrical), Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; the appointment level (Associate or Executive) and remuneration will be matched to qualifications and experience.
Experience
For the Executive level: relevant working experience in digital FM, CMMS administration, IT / software, or maintenance / facilities is preferred.
Candidates with less than one year of working experience will be considered fresh graduates and assessed on aptitude, attitude and potential.
Exposure to FM software, CMMS / BIM FM systems, data analytics or dashboarding tools is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Hands-on aptitude with FM / CMMS software, and data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Understanding of FM operations, maintenance workflows and IT compliance / data governance.
Able to coordinate vendors and integrate systems and applications.
