Key Performance Areas & Accountabilities

Patient Experience & Co-ordination

• Seamless Hosting: Championing front-line patient registration, responsive appointment scheduling, and accurate billing or payment processing.
• Journey Management: Tracking investigation results proactively and contacting patients to coordinate continuous follow-up care.
• Inquiry Resolution: Managing the clinic inbox and promptly answering patient emails or routine inquiries with clarity.
• Integrated Care: Mapping external clinic referrals and booking required laboratory or radiology investigations seamlessly. [1]

Clinical Support & Inventory Control

• Procedural Assistance: Partnering directly with the doctor during clinical procedures and assisting in accurate drug dispensing.
• Resource Management: Monitoring, checking, and replenishing medical supplies, clinical consumables, and critical equipment.
• Safety Standards: Upholding rigorous cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols across all clinic spaces. [1]

Records & Administration

• Document Readiness: Preparing, retrieving, and methodically filing relevant patient documents ahead of scheduled appointments.
• Digital Archiving: Scanning and indexing physical files into the digital management system accurately.
• Data Security: Safeguarding absolute patient privacy and maintaining strict confidentiality of all medical records.
• General Admin: Executing daily administrative workflows, including mail handling and document sorting. [1]

Professional Development & Compliance

• Financial Processing: Completing specialized training to confidently manage and execute Global Blue tax refunds.
• Healthcare Claims: Mastering Medisave submission protocols to accurately process complex institutional claims.
