Café Supervisor (Western Café)

Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500 per month (Based on experience)

We’re looking for an energetic and service-oriented Café Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

Your Responsibilities

· Supervise the daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

· Lead, motivate and coach the service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

· Welcome guests, handle enquiries and resolve feedback professionally.

· Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation are maintained throughout the café.

· Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food and beverage service.

· Prepare staff schedules and manage daily manpower deployment.

· Train new employees and conduct on going coaching to improve service standards.

· Monitor inventory of front-of-house supplies and assist with stock ordering.

· Handle daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and outlet administration.

· Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets, controlling labour costs and improving operational efficiency.

We’re Looking For

· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a café, restaurant or casual dining environment.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.

· Positive attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure.

· Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

· Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

· Familiarity with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
