Job Summary

Manage comprehensive HR and general administrative tasks to support smooth office operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-spectrum HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, medical claims processing, and employee ID issuance
  • Process applications, renewals, and cancellations for Employment Pass (EP) and S Pass (SP)
  • Use QuickHR to maintain accurate HR records and streamline HR processes
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Support employee relations by preparing internal announcements and assisting with performance management matters
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for manpower reporting and regulatory compliance
  • Calculate monthly payroll and overtime accurately and ensure timely processing
  • Handle CPF contributions, IRAS submissions, and government claims related to HR
  • Order and manage office supplies and pantry inventory to maintain office readiness
  • Perform general administrative duties including documentation, file management, and petty cash preparation
  • Coordinate internal office matters to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare activities
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Required competencies and certifications

  • Strong knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, payroll processing, and HR documentation
  • Experience using QuickHR for HR management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience, preferably with Singapore employment context
  • High attention to detail in documentation and payroll accuracy
