Skindays Pte Ltd is a growing beauty and wellness company focused on providing high-quality services and a great customer experience. We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities, grow our brand presence, and help drive customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Skindays’ services, promotions, and brand.
  • Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
  • Create and coordinate content, including photos, videos, captions, stories, reels, and promotional materials.
  • Work with outlets and staff to collect content, customer feedback, reviews, and before-and-after materials.
  • Monitor social media performance, engagement, leads, and customer enquiries.
  • Assist with paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Support the planning of monthly promotions, campaigns, events, and customer retention activities.
  • Coordinate with designers, influencers, agencies, vendors, and internal teams when needed.
  • Track marketing expenses, campaign results, and customer acquisition performance.
  • Help improve Google reviews, online reputation, and customer referral activities.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, trends, pricing, and beauty industry updates.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with the company’s brand image.
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing, social media, beauty, wellness, retail, or service industries is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Able to create simple content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar apps.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, or influencer marketing will be an advantage.
  • Photography, videography, or video editing skills will be an advantage.
