COORDINATOR

  • Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress of construction work and report updates to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and allocating resources for construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
  • Track material deliveries, equipment usage, and inventory to avoid project delays.
  • Review work completed on-site and help resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress records, and site correspondence.
  • Participate in site inspections and quality control activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Support project meetings by preparing reports, documenting discussions, and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to facilitate project execution.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
  • Assist in project closeout activities, including documentation, handover, and final reporting.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management to support successful project completion.
